Informed Delivery USPS

I got a notice today the Informed Delivery will now send an email when your mail has been delivered. I've looked and looked bit can5 find "settings" in the Informed Delivery app. Can anyone else figure this out?

Their "simple" instructions.

Click on the button below to log into your Informed Delivery account.

Navigate to your Informed Delivery settings page.

Opt-in to turn on Mail Delivery Notification emails.

@Kachina624 Sign in, click on Informed Delivery, click on the Setting scroll down to receive the delivered mail and turn that on.

I've been doing this for months. Today I got an email to sign up for Informed Delivery, go figure.

Me too! I did it from the website. Easy.

Now maybe I'll save myself some long trips down the driveway to see if my mail has arrived or not.👍

Where do y'all find "settings"? That was my question as I don't see it.

I have had informed delivery for a few years. They send an e-mail every morning letting you know what is being delivered for that day and what to expect over the next two days.

Is that what you are asking about?

Also, when packages are delivered, you receive an email stating that they have been placed in your box or on your front porch.

I logged into Informed Delivery on the USPS site then saw toward upper right of the page sort of under my name the "cog" ⚙️ symbol & the word Settings to the right of it & I could make these changes. 😊

Once signed into USPS to the Informed Delivery Section.

You should see your mail and packages for the week.

In the upper right corner, there is a tab for: FAQS, Settings, and Email Support

When you click on the settings tab you will then have the option to get delivery messages for your mail.

You will also have the option to add text notifications if you like.

I already receive notifications when packages are out for delivery and then delivered.

It will be nice to receive notifications for the mail.

Thanks @Kachina624 and @Snoofy . I always get an email in the morning about what to expect--sometimes I don't actually get the mailpieces on the same day but that's all right. I went to the Settings option in the right hand corner and made it so I could get a text when the mail is physically delivered; didn't realize this was a thing. My mailbox is only about 100' down the drive but in rainy weather it would be nice to know the mail had actually been delivered. I love the USPS Informed Delivery, it really helps. I'd been waiting on a certain piece for weeks and finally when it was delivered, there was no informed delivery. Not a big deal, I was thrilled to receive it.

For the past few days my email from USPS has been wrong. I'm getting mail but the USPS informed delivery emails and website isn't showing that I have mail. It's not working for me.

@SurferWife. I know the icon but it's just not on my tablet on the usps app or usps.com.

I signed up for Informed Delivery ages ago. At first, it worked okay.

Then suddenly I stopped getting emails; nothing had changed. Not my address or email address. Nothing I've tried has fixed it, so I just log in each day to see if we're expecting any mail.

Oddly enough, I still get notifications about packages - just not regular mail. Go figure!
