topic HP Pavilion g7 laptop camera in Electronics

I have a wee bit of a problem and wonder if someone can help me (and yes, I am blonde) lol. I got the HP laptop last year and when I first got it I played around with the camera and it worked great, in reg pic taking mode and in self portrait. Haven't used the camera since until lately and it is in the self portrait mode and I can't get it out. The only icons I can see are for timer, video mode, and options. There is no option to change modes. I feel like I'm missing something here but have looked and looked and am tired of taking pics of myself - lol! Can anyone offer any suggestions please? Thanks

I agree with William. I don't know the answer to your problem, but whenever I have a problem first I google it.

I often find there are others with the same problem. It helps to see how they handled my same problem.
