Amazon Fire Tablet need help with posting on QVC forums

I have made several changes but all my replies, post and reading on the forums are displaying in " the mobile version "  . Sent email to Amazon but no reply so far.
Your help greatly appreciated.

@SouthernBee I don't think it's a problem with Amazon. I think it's on QVC's end because I've been having problems the past 1 1/2 weeks on my Kindle. When I pull the blogs and forums up I have to click on the full version instead of the mobile version. The QVC app keeps crashing too. Very aggravating! I have the same problem. I posted this problem on Monday when it started happening with my Amazon Fire HD. It is the Q's problem. It is very aggravating to have to go to the bottom and change to full instead of mobile. I don't know what happened and why the change but no resolution.

@MerriSherri If the QVC app keeps crashing, quit using it! There's no advantage to using the app and you can't access the boards from it. Use QVC.com instead and don't worry about crashing. I've NEVER used the app.

Hi Y'all: This is so frustrating!!!! I deleted the QVC app because don't need more problems. This is the only social media that I use. Will keep y'all informed on any solution. Sorry that I didn't respond to each of you. Very difficult.
