HOW OFTEN DO YOU DELETE COOKIES ON YOUR CELLPHONE?

I have a Samsung G7 Sky Pro and Tracfone service for my phone.

My HP laptop (or Microsoft program) has a feature to delete cookies and/or browsing history ... but I have no idea how to do that on my phone.

Do you delete cookies regularly on your cell phone?

If so, how do you do that?

Wish I could help. With my use of my cell phone? My cookies would probaby mold.

I also never deleted cookies on my cellphone. I just followed the same procedure that I do with my iPad:

Settings

Safari

Clear.....

@Tinkrbl44, I clear all browser cookies, cache, website data, and history on my iPhone, iPad, and Mac at least once a day.
This data isn't really designed to be long-term storage, and if it is left to languish too long it can needlessly use up precious storage.

It also accumulates old data that can cause performance problems and technical glitches no matter what device you're using, computers or mobile devices.

Each browser is a wee bit different, each one has its own settings with quick and easy steps to clear cookies/cache/history/website data, so just look in your browser settings.

Try the following:

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google app

At the top right, tap your Profile picture or initial.

Click Search history

Choose the Search history you want to delete

You can choose: All your Search history

Above your history, tap Delete. Delete all time

In addition to clearing Safari on my iPhone, I swipe to clear the recently used apps. They can really add up.

@Tinkrbl44- I delete several times a day as Google tracks.

I go into Chrome, there's a little arrow in the upper right side, click on it and a drop down menu appears, click on History and click on Clearing browsing data, click on it and follow the prompt.

I have a Samsung phone.

i try to delete once a day.

one of the best ways to learn how to do it is to put what type of phone you have into a search bar and look for videos or line by line instructions on how to do pretty much anything.

Following the advice to delete my history was a horrible idea. So far, my bank, Amazon & FaceBook don't recognize my device now and I've had to look for all my user names and log in with them. This was just a pain in the butt.
