      <title>UPDATE ON MY CHARGE 5</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I did a little investigating and realized that my FITBIT Charge 5 was just barely a year old.&amp;nbsp; I did order another one from Costco but then thought - what the heck, I'll call FITBIT. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have to say that their customer service was excellent.&amp;nbsp; After talking to a rep, they emailed me a form which I filled out and provided a snap of my Amazon invoice as proof of purchase.&amp;nbsp; Within a few hours, FITbit emailed me that mine was still under warranty and gave me a choice of a replacement or 50% off a different model.&amp;nbsp; I chose the replacement.&amp;nbsp; It's arriving today. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I cancelled my Costco order.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have had similar experiences with FitBit customer service they are excellent.&amp;nbsp; They replaced a Versa for me a few years ago.&amp;nbsp; Anytime I have an issue they are very helpful.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
