The first things I do when things like this happen is to 1) clear my cookies, history, cache, and 2) turn off the device for a few seconds and then turn it back on.

This isn't always the answer but it seems to solve most of any issues I've ever had.

Im not tech savvy either but its your DNS server and not your computer. Try turning your server off for about 2 to 3 minutes and turn it back on. If it does not work call your server. They may be having trouble in your area.

@coconut1818, in addition to the foregoing suggestions you could also try doing a dns flush. The instructions for doing so on a Windows 10 PC follows. If you are using a different operating system google the phrase dns flush.

To flush your DNS records on Windows 10, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Click on Start or hit the Windows [logo] key on your keyboard

Step 2: Type "cmd", then select "Run as Administrator" on the right

cmd-admin

Step 3: Type in "ipconfig /flushdns" and hit ENTER

You should get a response that the DNS cache has been flushed.

This means that your cache has been completely cleared, and fresh versions of any website you visit will be loaded.
