Tracfone's Moto G Stylus phone has defective stylus--need help please

I bought the Tracfone Moto G Stylus phone (4G) recently from QVC at a great sale price (is now much higher), but am having problems. Had to send back the first one because had a missing part, plus I could tell it was probably a return. So, get my replacement, and everything seemed fine until, that is, I went to insert the sylus back into the phone. Had no issue with doing this on the first phone, but this one, am having a definite problem. I put it in and got it almost all the way in when it stopped. It absolutely won't finish going in and, now, it won't come out either. It is STUCK! Would anyone know how to fix this? if not, am sending it back for another replacement. Never had so much trouble with something from QVC. Hope at least this time, they don't mess up my return (they messed up the transaction for the first one I returned--took some doing to get that straightened out).

I received my moto g last week and stylus is stuck in mine also

The stylus can get a little stickier in warmer, more humid weather. You give it a little push to get it to partially eject then just pull straight out and it should come free. The black plastic part at the base of the stylus seems to be a bit finicky in warmer weather. I think it expands a wee bit more than the engineers expected making it a bit stickier when things are warmer. Once you get it freed up it should stay free for a bit. A little lube on that black part of the stylus wouldn't hurt anything. (Just not too much.)

What Gardenman said plus once you get it out, there is a certain way it HAS to go back in.

@gardenman --Unfortunately it will not budge. It's almost all the way in, but not quite. Can't get it to fully go in, nor will it come out no matter how many times I press on it. It is truly stuck. I had no problems with the first one I had--I could easily insert it and remove it several times--but this one, NO. I've already packed it up to exchange it. Thanks for the suggestion to lube it up. I may do that on my replacement.

@Ainhisg --Thanks for the info about how to insert the stylus. Really appreciate the copy of the instructions.
