Why can't i watch a live on facebook?

I can watch it after the fact but not live. During live, it's a black screen.

Is there a setting or something that I need to activate?

That's on Kindle Fire only, not on laptop.

It's more likely that you have some kind of a glitch. I advise you to reinstall the operating system
