    <description>&lt;P&gt;I had an order that i didn't receive probablty no fault of QVC and I got on the chat and was promptly credited.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Order on 03/12/22 never delivered, but I paid for it on Amex? Calling QVC useless, they send e mails with tracking, but UPS says they never created a label or received merchandise. QVC seems to be stealing credit card , charging and never sending merchandise! That is theft ...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
