    <description>&lt;P&gt;I upgraded my iPad and now Q videos play automatically.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My android computer has a box that I made sure is still checked to prevent this, but there is no box to check in the iPad version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm not using the Q app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last night I clicked on a product and there wasn't even a way to stop the video, i.e., no bar at the bottom with play arrow and pause/stop double bars. That was new and frustrating.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1254"&gt;@GingerPeach&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;FONT size="3" color="#666699"&gt;I would go to Apple's website to determine if the latest &lt;STRONG&gt;iPad&lt;/STRONG&gt; update has any issues w/Safari.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#666699"&gt;OXdaily DOT com is another good place to start.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#666699"&gt;Check other websites using videos to determine if you are having the same issue.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#666699"&gt;OR&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#666699"&gt;You can install &lt;STRONG&gt;Firefox&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your &lt;STRONG&gt;iPad&lt;/STRONG&gt; through Apple's App Store.&amp;nbsp; If you have no issues w/Firefox, then it's Safari that is the problem.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hi, &lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1254"&gt;@GingerPeach&lt;/a&gt;!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;I tried going to several different Q items with the Safari browser &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;and then the Brave browser on my iPad 6 (iPadOS 15.4).&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;None of the videos autoplay &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;and all of them do display the full controls at the bottom and top for the videos, &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;so I can't duplicate the problem.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;Just thinking quickly, did you make sure &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;under Accessibility, &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;in the Motion options, &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;Auto-Play Video Previews is toggled off?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;Also, I usually try the Reset Network Settings feature when any &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;website weirdness crops up, as an early troubleshooting tool, &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;so you might try that.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;If none of this helps, let us know and maybe one of us can think of other possible solutions.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3" color="#000080"&gt;Hope everyone is doing well this evening!😊&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This has been driving me crazy also ! I have an iPad Pro 2021 and use safari. &amp;nbsp;If I click on an item - say a lug bag, the page loads. &amp;nbsp; Everything looks normal. &amp;nbsp; When I click on one of the photos of the item to look at the features or other angles of the item, &amp;nbsp;the video will start playing. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Makes me crazy !😀. Only way I have found to stop it is to just quickly click on another picture. &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I use the QVC app this doesn't happen. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
