Has your separate HSN shop by remote channel disappeared? The tile isn't even there now. TheQVC/HSN one is. I searched the channels and it is not offered.

I have a newish 5 mo old Roku and I can't open any if the QVC/HSN channels. I get a blank screen then have a devil of a time getting out of it. Have to turn the TV off and wait a couple of minutes. I'm disgusted.

I don't have a Roku. So the article did not make sense to me. I have a Fire TV 2nd & 3rd gen. Neither has "channels" just apps.

I just posted it for the Roku users since the OP did not know about her missing channels.

FWIW, Roku missing channels was mentioned on my local news.

They are gone from my roku too. weird thing is I had it on my tv in my sunroom yesterday & not on my tv in my bedroom... now today it is gone from all of my rokus. I literally was addicted to the hsn beauty channel & the shop by remote one...I am so sad..

@Shelly6915 The same with me.I have a Roku tv and Roku on 2 others . It gradually went away. I still have the combined QVC/HSN tile where I can watch either . I can recieve both on antenna television. I really liked the 'shop by remote' because it showed all of the features of product, reviews, color choices, & had the program guide.

I always purchased online and never thought it would be the safest to shop by remote. Oh well.. it is gone.

@Kachina624 I hate when an electronic doesn't work as it should. When first using many products I would call or chat -- wait /wait/ wait--your call is very important to us... then usually told -unplug everything then plug back in. That usually does work.

Yes I still have the HSN/QVC channel too, but do not really like it as the products you can view are very limited I always order online too. but loved watching the videos on the different products..hopefully they will eventually bring it back..

@okaywitheasypay Melvin the Mod sent me some possible fixes, which I'll try when I have the patience. This particular Roku is only about 5 months old. This is my third in 4 years. They don't seem to last long.

I'll try the unplugging trick too.
