      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;What kind of printer are you using?&amp;nbsp; Ink or laser?&amp;nbsp; Manufacturer?&amp;nbsp; Model?&amp;nbsp; Wireless or plug in?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;First I would&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;check the cable leading from the&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;printer&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;to the computer to see if it is loose.&amp;nbsp; That may not be it because you are able to get it to work at times, but I would tighten anyway.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Do you have a manual?&amp;nbsp; Look under troubleshooting.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;You can search for your manufacturer and model on the internet.&amp;nbsp; For example, HP has symptoms and instructions to fix this problem, but you need to look for your model.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Also, YouTube might be helpful.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
