I prefer shopping through the QVC app, but I don't use iPad. Perhaps if you added more information you might draw more replies.

Maybe change change your title to Attention iPad Users.

@kkorner I don't use the app, but I still occasionally can't hold sites I bring up on my iPad. A Verizon tech told me once that Apple and Safari don't always play well together.

When I have problems, I either switch browsers or just turn my iPad off for a minute.

It might help to shut down the iPad after uninstalling the app before reinstalling the app. Computers/tablets do some weird stuff on occasion, and it might have not really deleted the app, just removed the icon and freed up the space where the app had been stored but left the app in place in case you changed your mind. When you went to reinstall it, the tablet may have thought, "Aha! It's a good thing I didn't totally erase that app! I already have it! Let me just put that icon back in place and there we go!" Instead of a fresh, clean install, to save the day, your tablet just restored the malfunctioning app. Computers do weird stuff.

I believe there is an issue with the QVC App. For about the last 3-4 weeks my app will not bring up pictures of items, colors, comments, etc. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled and it still won't work right. I gave up and just go in on QVC.com. And, they still haven't fixed the sound issue (used to be just QVC 2 and QVC 3 but now it is the main channel sporatically, too. Don't know what's going on with their IT team but they don't seem to be able to fix these things.
