PAC MAN - uggggggggggggghhh doesn't work

We just received our Pac Man Arcade 8 GAME Retro Portable Machine. Unfortunately it doesn't work. There is absolutely no power. It won't start, light up, .....nothing works. Has anyone else had this problem?
