My computer tech put windows 10 on my computer a few years ago. He had put Bitdefinder on it and it has worked fine until yesterday. I called Bitdefender and they helped me uninstall and reinstall.Still isn't working. It is like it is frozen so i have decided if i do not hear back from Bitdefender today i am going to get rid of it. They said they would e-mail me yesterday. Heard nothing. My question is does windows 10 have a anti virus scanner or do i need to find another free one? And which free one is good? It's free. You must use DEFENDER with Windows preferred browser EDGE set up as your default browser in your settings. If you have been using Bitefinder, your current browser must not be Edge, be use Edge is incompatible with Bitefinder. You'll need to uninstall Bitdefender before you can use EDGE and WINDOWS DEFENDER together.

Windows is going to poof its previous browser EXPLORER in a couple of months, so if that is your current default browser, INMHO, you might as well get rid of it anyways, but you can ask about this.
