    <title>topic computer crashed. help please in Electronics</title>

    <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;my daughters computer crashed. she cant find the reinstall disks,all programs gone including windows but when i go in safe mode all the programs are in there. i cant activate windows a/c i cant get on the internet. since the programs are in here, is there a way to install them from the folders. ex: windows folder has a ton of  seperate folders. do i have to do something to each and every one?  (she had windows xp and the reinstall cds /downloads ) arent available.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
