Anyone Know An E-Mail For Verizon?

Hi everyone,

I have been with Verizon for many years and normally was a big fan even after reading so many complaints on social media ugh, but now I finally have a big issue with them and am getting nowhere talking with them at their Customer Service, hoping to have better communication and luck with an e-mail. I was given a general snail mail address but have little hope that in today's climate, it will really be seen or at all in a timely manner.
Thanks so much for any help! I tried reaching out to them on Facebook and that was a total joke ugh!

When I had a problem, I contacted Executive Relations. This is the number that I had: 800-922-0204

My problem was my phone. The phone number might not work for you, but you should be able to get a direction that will work.

I've been down that road with Verizon. They don't want you to have their email address. Their customer support is non-existant. I don't know why I put up with them. I wish you luck in getting your problem resolved.

You can also file an online complaint with the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org) ---the company will be required to respond within a certain time period.....use this address--headquarters address---
