Looking for an iPad Case/Cover

I prefer to keep my iPad inside of a cover. I like the added protection. I already have the SmartCover from Apple, but I would like to explore other options. I do not like the kind with the exposed elastic on the corners. I need it to have cut outs for the camera and the buttons. I have an iPad 4 with the Retina Display, not the iPad Air. I have a Snugg brand cover for my iPad Mini and it's good for tucking into my tote, but I use my larger iPad a lot too. Thanks!

Vera Bradley has a lot of options. I have a Kindle with a leather cover AND a Vera Bradley case that fits over it.

Bean also has a set of 3 fleece lined organizers.

I have an M Edge Incline case/cover. You can find it on amazon, and possibly elsewhere. If you look it up you'll see that there is a plastic harness that your iPad snaps into. The corners of the iPad are fully protected. Secondly you can rotate the iPad in the case for landscape or portrait use, the cover acts as the stand. When in portrait use you just slide the iPad up to expose the rear camera for use. I love this case. The only two negatives that I have (very minor): the case doesn't put the iPad to sleep like the Smart Cover and two, the cover stays closed but there's no fastener to assure it stays closed (Smart Cover has the magnets). They may have improved it since I've bought it (just over a year ago), though.

Aren't you satisfied with the smart cover? I think it's the best thing for the iPad.

I've had one for 8 months and it's excellent.

I have been online looking at a cover for the mini ipad I got for Christmas,I have the Smart Cover for the iPad 4 I got last Christmas and I like it but do not take this with me, I want a cover for the mini so I can take it in my purse.

I have a Smart Case for my iPad and I agree, fantastic! My friend has the Smart Cover and he loves it, too.

I wish I could post a link to it for you. Go check it out. Ships out really fast. I got mine in 1 day. Sons also.

There is a guy showing it on a video too as he reviews it. You never have to take it out of this case,ever !

I have a great one that I got at the AT&T store. It's a faux crock exterior and includes a separate keyboard, which is much easier to use than the one installed. It's a hard back, which I like for protection. Haven' seen another one I like better. It was pricey, but glad I got it.

I put mine in a cover that it won't fall out of. It also has the sleep/wake feature. I bought mine off EBay for around $8. I also have a bag to carry it in when I take it with me when I go out of town or on vacation. I paid around $12-$15 for the carry bag. The bag is soft padded & has a couple little pockets inside the bag where you can put your stylus, ink pen & your charger in the outside pocket. I don't like those ones with elastic to hold the iPad in place because those are not very secure. I also bought a cover with keyboard if I ever want to use it with a keyboard. I got a cheap one from Aldi around Christmas for $20. I doubt I will use it very much so I did not want to pay a lot for it. I have not even tried it yet.

Bodhi is the best cover - real leather - very classy looking - everyone asks me where I got it - you can find it on ebay, or Marshall's - comes in different colors - I saw it on macys site for about $60.00. I think I paid about $14.00 - good luck!

I had been researching this for about two months. I wanted a case that also had a keyboard and narrowed my choices down to two: the Clamcase and the Kensington Keyfolio Pro. I ended ordering the Kensington this weekend from Amazon based on reviews and price ($39.99 as opposed to $150 for the Clamcase). It really depends on what features are important to you.

I have an iPad air so went to Amazon and bought the "Supcase". They have it to fit the mini and I love, love, love it....all for $14!!! Has the auto on/off.

I bought mine on EBay. Just search iPad Folio Cover to find them. They also sell them on Amazon if you don't use EBay.

I have iPad mini and got the Snugg from a recommendation here. I love it! It's great. I like that it has a loop for the stylus. Was hoping it was real leather but of course not.
