Please help - computer question

Being Christmas eve, I cannot get through to AOL. When I open my Goggle, the screen is so wide the scroll line on the side, where you can navigate going up or down is not there. Does anyone know how to get this back on my screen, or how to make the screen smaller? Thank you, it is so frustrating.

When this happens on my Macbook Air, i hold down the Command Key and then hit the minus sign--upper right hand corner. Once you diminish the screen size a little, click on the green dot that enlarges/decreases screen size.

Try rebooting. I swear that solves like 80% of all computer trouble.

All I know is if you hold down the Ctrl key and scroll the mouse wheel forward or backward it makes the screen bigger or smaller.

All I can guess is, click on the 3 dots (...) in the upper right corner for settings. Zoom out by hitting the minus sign, to make your screen smaller. That's it!
