If you're using cloud storage (Google, Amazon, Dropbox, Microsoft, etc.) then simply installing the matching app on the tablet and signing in should make all of that data readily available on the tablet. I have Amazon Prime and all of my photos, videos get automatically saved to Amazon's cloud. I can simply log-in on a new device and there they are. Google works the same way. My Word documents (along with photos/videos) get saved on Microsoft's cloud (One Drive). I log onto the One Drive app on my tablet/phone and there they are.

If you're not saving stuff to the cloud currently, you should be able to manually transfer files from your computer to your tablet by connecting the two with a USB cable and dragging and dropping through file manager. That can be a bit trickier, but it's typically doable. If you search for "transferring files from computer to tablet" you should be able to find step by step instructions and YouTube videos to walk you through the manual process.
