      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;Where did you buy it? &amp;nbsp;You should have asked for and gotten some "new user" help before you went home. &amp;nbsp;I think it comes with some kind of quick start guide. &amp;nbsp;If not, go to the Apple website and get the User Guide there.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/181164"&gt;@KayinMN&lt;/a&gt;That's the problem when you buy computer products from a TV Shopping Channel.&amp;nbsp; That's one reason why I never even consider it.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;You do get 90 days of tech support from Apple.&amp;nbsp; Call the phone number and ask for some help.&amp;nbsp; You might also want to consider Apple Care to extend your tech service beyond the original 90 days.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
