another MOTOROLA g7 question

I have been playing with my new phone to get to know all it does. Last night I used my video and it was fine. Today i did it again and the audio was silent. I tried everything I could to find how to control the audio part of taking videos and no luck. Can someone help??

I have a moto g power, but maybe the screens are similar.

Is there a microphone icon at the top of the video screen? Tap it to make sure it's on. If there's a line through it, that means it's off.

Still no luck fixing this problem. Tried chatting with motorola and went online to see about techies answering questions. This should not be so hard to fix! Just want volume back on my audio when I take a video!!!
