Not Happy!

I have an older LG Trafone and just got a new Samsung. All set to use Transfer Wizard and found out my OLD phone is not compatible!!! How can I transfer my contacts and photos?

I believe there are other transfer apps but you must use "Tracfone specific" ones I believe.

I did call but they were no help. I will call again though...sometimes it just depends who answers your call.

I found a Tracfone video on YouTube about transferring contacts and data.

I searched on Google "How to transfer data from one Tracfone to another".

Put an SD card in your old phone and back up the contacts and photos to it. Then put the card in your new phone, and transfer.

I am surprised! I have used transfer wizard going from LG to Samsung, from Samsung to Motorola and then from Motorola back to Samsung!!!

Never had one problem...I go back with Tracfone about 15 years....

What is the message you are receiving saying it is not compatilble, maybe if we knew that, we could be of more help...
