I finally got my new iMac and the screen is wonderful. I haven't done a lot of setup so far but, one thing I want to do isn't going well. I wasn't able to deauthorized my former iMac because it died unexpectedly. I went to Apple tech support and the instructions said to get into iTunes and deauthorized all devices. I don't have that option. All I have is to deauthorize the computer I'm using. Any suggestions?

Lifewire.com has a page devoted to doing it. Instead of using the Authorizations listing on the dropdown menu you go to View My Account and then on the right hand side of that page you should have an option to deauthorize all. Two additional notes. Deauthorize all is only available if you have two or more authorized computers, and can only be used once a year. Here's a link to their article on how to do it. The part you want is about halfway down the page.

https://www.lifewire.com/deauthorize-itunes-4103847

Yesterday I went to look at mine because I knew I have two computers, and there they were.

@gardenman seems to have solved it. I was going in thru my account.
