HOW TO DOWNLOAD BROWSER?

I can't order food anymore because the major grocery chains have changed their browsers. I have tried to download Chrome and Microsoft Edge, but am unable to be successful for either one.

When I start to download, I get asked the question, "Do you want to RUN or SAVE? I don't know what that means or what to do. This shows my lack of knowledge and need for help!!!

Do these stores have grocery apps? I use Walmart and I just downloaded their app. from the Play Store (for Android). For Apple devices use the App Store.

I assume you are using Windows 10.

I recommend the Chrome browser.

Microsoft did a major update recently to the Edge browser.

I don't have an IPad. Don't know about apps. I just have a computer with Windows 10. I use Windows Explorer to access QVC.

I don't know anything about apps! Can one do anything without using an app!!!!!???? Thanks for your info, tho! Looks like I need some training just to continue to use my computer!

@fortune what version of Windows do you have?

Windows 7, 8.1 or 10.

Did you allow windows to select the browser software?

Do a Google search on How to install the Chrome browser in Windows eg 10. You place the number of Windows in, and do a search.

You should find directions which includes YouTube videos.

It's not that they don't allow it possibly, but their ordering screens may not be compatible with browsers other than Chrome. If you don't use Chrome, the buttons and arrows may be all over the screen or non-existant. Windows Explorer is not compatible with anything but a Windows product. It does make sense to me.

If you have a Windows 10 computer, Edge is part of the system. You already have it and don't have to download it. The icon should be on your taskbar.

Recommding and forcing are too different things. If I had to use Chrome, they would lose my business.

I went to the site using Firefox and Safari and got in without any problems. You don't have to use only one browser.
