All of a,sudden my tracfone account summery that has been working in Google play app. On my tracfone, won,t show up so I can see my mins. Data and text min. What can I do. Just got the phone on HSN . It,s a Samsung galaxy A10e.

it has been showing today, now the circle goes round and round and no summery.

the phone is activated and has been working fine and I have been able to do a lot with it, but can,t get the summary. Thanks for your help.

Dial 611611 Help from the phone. Before I tried anything, I'd shut the phone off and let it reboot. That solves a lot of issues. To find your minutes you text 611611 and message the word balance to them. They will send you a text back with your minutes, text and data balance.

Thank you, I did that ,got the Info., But until tonight, I could go on Google play. And the app tracfone account summery is there and I would click on it and would give my summary. It says the app is installed, but the circle goes round and round in the app, slow and it doesn,t open.

I did do the 611611 and they tested me summary, but I liked the app to work.

If restarting your phone doesn't help, sometimes if you take the battery out of the phone, wait about a minute or two, and then reinstall the battery and restart the phone has helped me get things working again. The people at Tracfone suggested that as a fix for a problem to me some time ago.

I think your problem is more with the app/Tracfone than the phone. I've had my app go weeks without working right then suddenly start working right again on my LG Tracfone. To say it's a bit glitchy is an understatement. The app software may be fine but the server it interfaces with at Tracfone could be the issue. It's more than likely one of those two and not the phone. The texting workaround is your best option. That typically works.

I bought one at Christmas, I had a 7.

There's so much available to use on the phone, it's a rare person who uses everything. I have no complaints, but I'm low maintenance. Camera is good, not the best but adequate for what I need. Texting is fine, phone is fine. I only use a few apps.

I do like the phone. After finally going to sleep at 3:30AM. Woke up this morning intended to call them, and it was working. I did discover how to get help and all the suggestions on here were great. Thank you. All in all good phone. They must have been asleep at that time. ha

That's what typically happens with me. It won't work for a while then starts working again. I think it might be something with the interface with Tracfone's servers. The app doesn't update, but suddenly the information is back. I just wait it out. If I need the information I'll get it through texting until it starts working again.

You can also get your information by signing into your account at the track hone website. Go to "my account" and your device should be listed there. I just went into mine and it is there with my minutes and data amounts. HTH.
