Need laptop table suggestions

I'm looking for something that can be used while sitting on the sofa. I use my laptop with a mouse which requires more room. Thanks for any suggestions.

Finding the perfect fit - height - comfort - arm / shoulder level vs a table is a tough call. Most sofas sink down when you sit on them - then the table is higher than you thought - and/or your shoulders ache after minutes. Also sofa no back support if you sit on edge of sofa to reach the table.

I use a large wooden breakfast tray ( BB&B ) with sides for storing large items. For the mouse, try a flat piece of cardboard or similar sturdy material.

It allows you to rest your arms conveniently as you type. The height works also.

Another vote for TableMate XL. I have 4 of them. Mine came from Sears.

Thanks everyone. I appreciate all the suggestions, including thinking about sofa height, depth, etc. I hadn't thought of that. I was wondering about Table Mate because of the adjustability and design. I'm glad to hear it has worked for others.
