trouble with aol

I have a mac and use Safari. I have been having trouble for the last few days

Malwarebites is not working and I have been having trouble signing into aol.

Has anyone else had these issues.

My computer has all the latest updates.

no issues for me recently, but i dont use a MAC.

i access aol on my windows laptop and on my samsung phone.

i use it as my homepage and have several email accounts with aol.

What issues are you having w/Malwarebytes?

When was the last time you ran Disk Utility>First Aid & restarted your comp?

Can't help w/AOL as I thought it R.I.P. at version 4.0.

Malwarebites will not load.

yes, I have tried everything. I guess it might not be compatible with the new OS.

I realize I am a dinosaur having aol. but have several accounts there that I wish to keep.

I lost quite a few programs with the last system update, 32 bit as opposed to 64 bit which is the only thing the update will run, (I might have used the wrong word for bit)

i have MAC with that latest version IOS Catalina. Malware bytes is working fine for me. Tho I did get a strange message yesterday. Said my malware was not up to date I always update asap when new update comes in. Call up Apple and ask them to walk you thru how to get malware bytes back. Anyway, i pressed update, then it did a quick scan and all was OK, it was fine for me today.

I have aol mail and not getting my mail. I went from 35 emails a day down to 4 every day that began last week.

I also use AOL.

I have had no trouble but I do not have a MAC. I had an update earlier this week and now I get a "runtime error". And I am going to get rid of the app - so I will get rid of the error.

But otherwise everything is working just fine.

I have it too.I only use it for my mail. It is always having problems. wait a day and it probably will go away by itself.

I dislike AOL but it is a huge problem ,imo,to change my e-mail adress.....lol

If you are running Catalina OS, download Malwarebytes directly from its website.

I know one of the developers who is a helper in the Apple Forums. Strange, I could not find it in the App Store.

AOL brings back memories for me. I still have a few of their colorful discs which I now use as coasters. I also use the "you got mail" AOL sound byte on all of my email clients.

Thank you!----the format is very different.

Scans for a longer time and is a bit strange, but I guess it's better than a kick in the pants.

still have aol and and love it. will never give it up and my friends agree.

you haters should shut up and let us use what we feel like and comfortable with.
