    <description>&lt;P&gt;I was just looking at the black Friday ads and noticed that Target is going to have ipad minis for $299 plus you get a $75 Target gift card.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;How does QVC get away with charging $499 and making it sound like such a deal.  The accessories you get in QVC's deal can't be worth that much, can they?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
