Is there anyway an incoming call could be tracked to see where the cell tower it came from is. I called Verizon and they weren’t any help.

The police do it all the time on reality TV police shows but I doubt if the service is available to ordinary citizens as it could be used for nefarious purposes. That's probably why Verizon was elusive

You'd have to have a warrant or be in law enforcement.
