Question on a four year old Kindle Paperwhite

My friend loaned me her Kindle Paperwhite with four books loaded onto it. I haven't used one in years and now that I've finished the first book, I can't get back to the first page that lists the four books. I can just get back to the title page for the book I have read and that was by swiping backwards through the book.. She can't remember either since she upgraded a few years aog to another Kindle.

@depglass You need to get to the Toolbar at the top of the Kindle. Tape near the top of the page and click on the Home icon. The Home icon is on the left at the top. I hope this is helpful.
