The first CD I inserted started skipping about halfway through the soundtrack. I took out that CD and put in a brand new CD that I've never played, and it did the same thing, about halfway through. I moved it from the table to the kitchen counter - tried another CD- and it did the same thing.</P> <P>The audio/sound was ok, but I couldn't hear much of the bass while it played the CDs. When I switched it to radio, I could hear the bass much better.</P> <P>I guess I'm packing this up and returning it Monday. This is way too much money for a CD player that can't get through a CD without skipping. I doubt I'll ask for an exchange - only a refund. This experience has me leery of trying another.
