topic ADOBES FLASHPLAYER DOWNLOAD FOR WINDOWS 7 in Electronics

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me download adobes flashplayer for Windows 7 64 bit and I guess it has to be the one that converts from the 32 bit to accommodate the 64 bit, something like that, I'm not totally sure. I don't know which site is legit and was wondering if someone can help me to know which I can download that is safe. The one that I currently have brings up a little screen in the center of what I try to watch and I think it says, access or deny and no matter what I do it stays there. I have been trying different things and keep having one problem after another. Any help or info would be greatly appreciated!
