$10 Video Credit with Amazon Fire TV Stick

Has anyone had difficulty using the $10 Prime video credit with recent TSV Fire TV Stick? I am unable to redeem the credit using the provided directions on QVC website. Amazon won't assist since item purchased through QVC. Customer service reps at QVC that I have spoken with aren't able to assist either. Any info will be greatly appreciated.

What happens when you try to redeem? Error message?

The balance shown is $0, not $10.

QVC should be a little more helpful, this is their problem. If you are having trouble I would bet other customers are too. I would ask to speak to a supervisor, if they can't help you QVC should give you a $10 credit to your account, just good business.
