Is there a number you can call Customer Service without going through all the automated stuff? Appreciate any help.

I know you asked for a phone number, and I am not able to help you with that. But...have you considered doing an online chat? That is the only way I communicate with Tracfone now, and it has been a godsend. No communication snafus, you can screenshot any part of the conversation you think you might need in the future, etc. I've used it to check a balance, transfer service from one phone to the other, and to activate a new phone. To chat, go to the Tracfone website>Help>Contact Us>Online Chat.

When I want a "good" phone number for a company (one where you're not on hold forever), I go to gethuman.com and search for the company name. It's a very good resource.
