I really don't know what I am talking about here so I am making this as brief as possible...

I have two email accounts...I cleared cookies recently and ended up having to verify my accounts (the 2 email accounts)....I have been having trouble ever since, for this question I am asking about google documents...is the google document account a separate account from your email address? I cannot download a customers attachment because of this issue....

Any recommendations, thank you!

No, there ae not different accounts for different Google services. Ome userna,e and password applies to all.

@nomless interesting because I did try to get into the account with the email address and it woud not allow me access, so I tried to set up new with the email address and it told me it already existed, but still cannot access.

Please do a Google search of your problem. Google has help for doc accounts.

@nomless ...got it...took me a while, so I am not sure I 'learned' anything but at least I can access what I need, thank you!!
