DELL PC SHIPPING PROCESS??

i ordered an alienware pc 5 days ago and it still says “processing” im wondering why it takes so long to take it to ship? My Edd is the 21st but it hasnt even shipped yet? From what i understand dell builds the pc overseas. But if anyone has ordered them in the past can you tell me your experience?

I would recommend that you email QVCSocialTeam@ QVC.com, so that the moderators here on the forums will see it.

Another option is to post this in the 'Customer Care' forum, which they closely monitor.

They're great at solving/explaining QVC's procedures and resolving CS issues and they're happy to help!

When I've ordered directly from Dell, the shipping and arrival dates were spot on.

It did take about 2 1/2 weeks.

I buy computers direct from Dell.Prices are better and delivery times can be faster. It can depend on availability of components used to build a system.
