One of the big reasons I bought this model was that the sales pitch very clearly stated that the system came with Microsoft Office 2013 Home and Student Edition. The product information posted on-line stated the same. However, after receiving the laptop I found that it comes with a "Starter Version" of this software only, good for 30 days. To keep MS Office after that, I need to fork over another $139.99. QVC has pulled down the product listing details for this unit so I can't hold them to honoring this.
