Tracfone transfer Wizard, no longer exists?

We have been trying to transfer content to my new Tracfone and wanted to use Wizard, it is no longer listed in Google Apps. Does anyone have any new ideas?

If you have an existing google account, add that account to the "Accounts" in the settings menu. Then with your wifi turned on, your accounts and pictures and calendars should all transfer. This is how I've always done it..... never have used the Transfer Wizard thing. Of course, my Tracfone is about 4 years old now, so hopefully the newer ones will transfer this same way. @waterlily I too just found out that the Transfer Wizard app is no longer available. It was there a few weeks ago. Did you try the option going through google? Was wondering if everything transfered even the text messages. Keep us posted.

I have two phones to activate and my husband does not have a google account so if anyone else has an alternative to Transfer Wizard, please share.

If the phones are Android phones that run apps off of Google Play Store you just need to make an account for your husband. It is easy and it has always been safe for as many years I have used it. Make the account first on the phone or laptop you want to transfer from.

I purchased a Tracfone several months ago from hsn. After Several hours of trying to transfer I called cs. They couldn’t even get my phone # tranferred. Back it went and I kept my ST. Much happier. Both run on Verizon towers here.

it's still there. I just downloaded it. Search for "Mobile Content Transfer Wizard" by TracFone.
