    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;We purchased a Polk system when we switched to Dish with Hopper. DISH sold it to us.&amp;nbsp; Watching one day after about six months and speaker made a loud click and sound disappeared.&amp;nbsp; Called Polk and no one available, so I left a call back number.&amp;nbsp; Never heard from them, three attempts.&amp;nbsp; I even hit the option for dealers and got someone with sound quality so bad I couldn't believe I was dealing with a sound company.&amp;nbsp; I asked for an address to send the sound bar back to and they said there was none.&amp;nbsp; I had to call DISH and have them give me instructions to unpair the speaker so I could get sound out of the TV itself.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;DISH says Polk should handle this.&amp;nbsp; Eventually I will box this speaker up and send it back to DISH and hope they do something.&amp;nbsp; Polk is just unbelievable.&amp;nbsp; Avoid them at all costs, there are several good sound bars on the market.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
