    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Does it jump all the time with every program, or just web browsing? Some websites jump like crazy on my phone as they fill in stuff while they load. The QVC forum is one of the jumpier ones. If it's on certain websites try letting the site fully load (I know it's annoying to wait that long) then see if the jumping continues.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="helvetica" color="#003300"&gt;I am not very computer savy.&amp;nbsp; When I am scrolling down on my lap top the screen jumps up.&amp;nbsp; Would it be an issue with my mouse or something else?&amp;nbsp; It is driving me crazy.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
