Has Anyone Received HP Laptop?

I ordered HP Laptop on 9/29. EDD is tomorrow, it still hasn't shipped - almost 3 weeks now "in process" This was "in stock" when I ordered. I feel bad as i've talked with Customer Service multiple times hoping they have some insight - but since it's being shipped from HP they have no control. SO SO SO frustrated. They did admit there was a "processing error and order not received by HP until 10/12 - so my order sat for almost 2 weeks going nowhere.

Has ANYONE gotten a laptop that ordered around 9/29 (or after)?? I have never had so much trouble getting a product from QVC in all the years I've shopped with them. I'm sure they'll be relieved when (if) I ever get my item as I know I'm being a pain!

Ordered a Lenovo waited 2 weeks to receive a lower grade laptop that looked exactly the same. If I did not know how to look up system properties I would have over paid.Sent it back and was told it is no longer available so I lose out on what I thought was a good deal. If you do order one make sure you are getting what you paid for.

Same problem with mine. Was told it would be here yesterday, but it has not shipped. They have no idea when it will come. My last order ever from them

Agreed, I am dumbfounded at this point - approaching ONE MONTH since placing an order for an "in stock" product.

DONE- tired of waiting on whatever issues they're having (which change daily). Cancelled order, wasted over 3 weeks waiting and hoping. Classes started, no laptop.. I will never, ever shop QVC again. Bought pretty much the same laptop at "sister" channel, paid xtra for 2 day shipping and have a feeling I'll actually get my product.

I got my laptop today, too tired to set it up. It came from China and I think it made stops in so many US states, very odd shipping route

I ordered an HP 6 years ago from QVC and didn't have to wait this long. Very strange, hope this one lasts as long as the last one

The HP laptop has shipped. Shipping shows it came from CHINA to California. Now it's got to ship all the way across the country, which will take another full week via FedEx Ground. I don't know why QVC sold something that wasn't even in the country yet.

ordered mine on 2/16/19 today is 3/6/19 and i still dont have it last 3 days it has been floating around china if i new this i would never have bought it, going to send it back when it comes and give somewhere my business bad way to run a business

You would think that QVC would take better measures that your computers would come in a timely manner. I would never ever order a device from a shopping channel.I always order from the source.

when buying laptops i would never shop online... i go to best buy or staples,,, if something goes wrong with them its just a drive away. also when i got my chrome notebook there, they had to order it, only took about 5 days.
