Help! My ROKU Suddenly Blocking Channels, Says I Need MicroSD Card!

I've owned, and loved ROKU since the first generation analog one came out. Never had any problem with ROKU - until today. Suddenly, I'm getting messages that I need to get a microSD card, because I have no storage! Another message said to erase some channels (I erased 15) in order to clear up storage. What BS is this? What the heck is there to store? Maybe I'm wrong but doesn't stuff get streamed over the Internet and doesn't need storage?

Do a hard reset and see if that clears out the but or problem.
