      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;You're supposedly getting a 3 year limited warranty plus 1 year damage protection.&amp;nbsp; I assume both are factory-backed by HP.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;If that is true, why do you need 1 year of TechConnectLive (3rd Party service)?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I would rely solely on the HP protection and forget the 3rd Party offering.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I have the previous HP TSV in Rose Gold with Intel i5 and love it. It also a 17".&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;I also got Tech Connect and I set it up. I just called to verify and they were very nice and answered rather quickly. I will probably never use it but it is there if needed. It is free with my computer and you have a limited amount of time when I got mine to activate.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;The new HP TSV has a 3 year HP warranty so no need to buy more. It also has a 1 Year accidental damage warranty. I bought SquareTrade extra warranty for mine as it had neither. I looked up the AMD 6 and it is actually faster than the one I bought in November from QVC. &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;When you first get the computer all set up with your information DO NOT shut it down and just let it do all the Windows updates first! &amp;nbsp;It could take a few hours depending on how many is there. That is why some buyers had their computer messed up and were dissatisfied. The screen when it first comes up walks you through everything. It is really nice. Make sure you listen to each screen message before you click on it. If you do not have a Microsoft account you will have to set up up.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Good luck and if you buy it post back. &lt;img id="smileyhappy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt="Smiley Happy" title="Smiley Happy" /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a HP All-in-One with that AMD processor. It has 1T storage and 8GB RAM. I'm very impressed&amp;nbsp;with it's speed. It's faster than any computer I've owned so far. Imo, AMD makes a better processor than Intel, but that's a matter of opinion. Went on the website this morning to track it and it is still somewhere in China. This is not acceptable. They do not mention this on air. You are lead to believe they are all there at QVC ready to be shipped out. This doesn't happen when you walk into a store to buy a computer. They either have it or they don't. If they are out of it they may try to get one for you. QVC is really going downhill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;(First time posting here)&amp;nbsp; It took me from the 6th until the 15th to get a tracking number.&amp;nbsp; I've been tracking the laptop (via Fed Ex) since it left Chongquig, China then on to Shanghai and eventually landing in Oakland, CA waiting for clearance.&amp;nbsp; The delivery date is still pending.&amp;nbsp; As of the 18th it was available for clearance.&amp;nbsp; I've ordered my share of PCs from QVC and have never waited this long.&amp;nbsp; I think the longest I've waited was about 7 days.&amp;nbsp; It has now been 16 days.&amp;nbsp; I don't know if this means anything to anyone but on the tracking info it mentions under the Special Handling Instructions "indirect signature required."&amp;nbsp; Not sure what that means.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I haven't received mine either since ordering on 5/6.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I've been talking to QVC &amp;amp; FedEx because FedEx keeps changing the delivery date each day. My original tracking shows much the same, starting in China and going to California then back to China then back to California again. QVC first assured me the package was on its way to me and confirmed the delivery date per FedEx. FedEx confirmed their date and when it didn't arrive that day another representative told me it was still in Oakland CA (again).&amp;nbsp; Then the EDD was changed to today's date so here I wait like an idiot so I don't miss its delivery.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Seriously thinking of just refusing the package when it arrives (also afraid of the condition it will be in since it has taken so long) &amp;amp; just cancelling the order.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I wouldn't mind it taking long if it was given in the original EDD. This constant runaround is too stressing. QVC has been great - they've giving me clear information. FedEX is terribly contradictive and I've had to jump through too many hoops.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Yes, you read that correctly. FedEx does not know WHY they put their delivery dates on shipments as they do.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not received mine either.&amp;nbsp; According to FedEx, it has been sitting in Oakland, CA since 5/18.&amp;nbsp; As of today, it's still there but shows delivery today by 8pm.&amp;nbsp; That ain't gonna happen.&amp;nbsp; I called FedEx and was told delivery would be tomorrow.&amp;nbsp; That doesn't work for me, so I requested Saturday delivery.&amp;nbsp; I was informed ithat would cost me ME $16.00, and that ain't gonna happen either!&amp;nbsp; When an item ships from China, I don't consider that as being in stock.&amp;nbsp; And I wish QVC would not use FedEx.&amp;nbsp; They have the absolute worst customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
