Here's the link to HP that shows what to do. Good Luck.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c04760243

We have a Cannon printer & it keeps coming up with an error saying the printhead is the incorrect printhead install correct printhead. The printhead in it is what came with it. We have to unplug it from the back, plug back in, turn off, wait for several mins before turning back on to use it each time we want to print something. So stupid as I'm sure Cannon could put out a fix for it but does nothing.

We have a HP Envy 7640 printer that is giving us problems.

When we try to print, we get an error message on the printer that says, "Photo tray is blocked. Please adjust the try and try again." The photo tray is not blocked. Everything looks OK as far as the paper tray, etc. It is put in place as accurately as I can make it -- just like any other time. If anyone can offer any help, I'd be very appreciative.

Have you tried unplugging it for a couple of minutes and then plugging it back in again? I have to do that once in awhile to clear whatever my printer thinks is the problem!

Remove the device from Settings. Go to Devices then under Printers and scanners remove it there. Then add it back again. That might reset the error.
