My son broke the screen on his tracfone. We activated one of our old phones and his # transfered over. Without his screen, we obviously cannot use Transfer Wizard to move his contacts to the new phone. Is there another way to transfer the contacts from the broken phone to the new(used) one? The phones are LG.

@bargainsgirl, if his settings in the broken phone were set so contacts are linked to his email account, then they're stored 'in the cloud' and he will be able to access them from the new phone, or any device that is capable of going to his email.

No transfer involved, they'll just be there in the new phone as long as he sets it up with the same email address.

I hope someone else can help you if contacts are set to only be stored in the (broken) phone itself.
