    <description>&lt;P&gt;I planned on getting a laptop for college, and I am short on cash, but I can do the monthly payments just fine. The only reason I even ordered from QVC was because I could order it now, rather than wait and save my money. Boy was I so wrong&lt;IMG src="http://community.qvc.com/DesktopModules/ExactTarget/Controls/TextEditor/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/emotions/img/sad.gif" alt="{#emotions_dlg.sad}" /&gt;. I ordered the laptop on 5/14, and I got an expected arrival date of 5/21. I didn't think that was so bad. That has completely changed though. The only option was free shipping, and I am glad I didn't have to pay for shipping since it hasn't even shipped yet. I called about it last friday and the rep told me that it would be here on the 24th. Ok I thought, I can live with that, it's only 3 more days. At this point I'm very disappointed but I can manage. But now it's 4 days before the estimated arrival date, and it STILL hasn't even shipped. It just sits there in process. As a first time QVC shopper, I have to say that I am unhappy with this, as I could've bought it somewhere else and got it THE NEXT DAY. The estimated arrival date of 3 days seems incredibly unrealistic, and that's if it finally ships. I have never-ever in my life had something take an entire week just to process. I know that my mother likes qvc, but I am not impressed. Has this happened to anyone else?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
