I heard them say that to block from the handset you press #2.

I have not set mine up yet, so I can't vouch for that working, but I did hear it

On my own phone, which has a limited number of blocks, I can scroll through and unblock. I blocked my Drs office by accident and unblocked it.

I imagine the same block/unblock option is on the call block?

I have a 4 handset AT&T phone and it blocks 1,000 numbers. It also allows you to review the blocked numbers, and remove them from the blocked directory. It also lets you block calls from the base or any of the 4 handsets.

If it is a phone set, it should have a menu that allows you to choose the "settings" you wish to use.
