Samsung Galaxy S8 Help

I have the phone about 2 months.

My edge screen (People & Apps) just disappeared and I've tried everything and cannot get it back.

Also I try opening my phone with my fingerprint----maybe once in a blue moon it works.

I have a Samsung 7 Edge so I don't know if the settings are the same or not. But it is worth a try. Go to settings, then Display, then scroll down to Edge Screen. You can turn it on there. Hope that helps.

I have the fingerprint deal and I constantly have to do new fingerprints. It doesn't work too good. In fact, I don't even try anymore. I have a pin code. I have it set up so that I only have to enter it once a day as long as I am at home or work. It knows where you are if you set home/work locations. If I go to a different location, it will ask for the pin code. That insures that if it is lost, not just anyone can use the phone. I don't remember exactly where those settings are, but I can try to look if you can't find it.

Well I tried it and it says it's on but when I swipe---nothing happens.

Guess I'll have to call and see what they say.
