I purchased 2 of these. One for me and one for a gift. I have an Iphone 5 so I know I have to use the special cord. Tried it and it didn't charge anything! Giving it another chance. I've used the double ended plug into the Halo and the other into my laptop. This time red indicator came on. Do I need to turn the switch on Halo to "on"? thanks!
